The specifics
One third-party script (Google Analytics, for visit counts; it does not affect how the page reads or works), no overlay or accessibility widget, no video, no PDFs. Text can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content (WCAG 1.4.4). The page layout also reflows cleanly at high zoom, so nothing requires scrolling in two directions to read (WCAG 1.4.10). Every page works with a keyboard alone.
