Which size band you're in
The report we mailed you used our best estimate of your site from the outside. The quote uses the real count: how many pages the site has and how many forms residents fill in. If the count puts you in a different band than the report estimated, either direction, the quote says so in one sentence. It never changes quietly.

What the fixed price covers
For the website itself, this is usually template-level work, fixing colors, adding descriptions to images, and correcting how headings are structured, done once and carried across every page that uses the same template. Every project includes a check by hand, by keyboard and screen reader, before we call it done.
Optional, priced separately
PDF fixes
For PDFs, each document generally needs to be individually checked and, where it fails, remade so the text is real, readable text rather than a picture of text. PDF fixes, if wanted, are priced separately per page, at roughly $9 to $12 per page, and are optional; most entities only need their most recent year or two of documents fixed, not their full archive.
Monthly monitoring
Ongoing monthly monitoring, so new problems get caught as they appear rather than piling up again, runs $99 to $149 a month. Month to month, cancel any time, and every quarter you get a short note, in plain language, on what changed.
What's automated versus what's hours
The scan and the report we mailed you are automated and inexpensive to produce; that is why it's offered at no cost. The actual fixing, both to the website and to any PDFs, is real human work, billed as a project.
This is typically below the bidding threshold; your own procurement policy governs.
