Which size band you're in
The report we mailed you used our best estimate of your site from the outside. The quote uses the real count: how many pages the site has and how many forms residents fill in. If the count puts you in a different band than the report estimated, either direction, the quote says so in one sentence. It never changes quietly.

What the fixed price covers
For the website itself, this is usually template-level work, fixing colors, adding descriptions to images, and correcting how headings are structured, done once and carried across every page that uses the same template. Every project includes a check by hand, by keyboard and screen reader, before we call it done.
What keeps it working: the Keep Plan
Every rebuild is delivered on the Keep Plan: $99 a month for a smaller site, $149 for a mid-size one. Your site is hosted, your staff can edit it, it stays accessible, and its statement stays current. Each month we re-scan the site and fix anything that slips, and every quarter you get a short note, in plain language, that you can hand to the board.
This is the monthly monitoring mentioned on the report we mailed you, under its full name. The price is the same.
You own your domain and every word on the site, and a copy of your files is yours free, any time you ask. The plan runs in one-year terms that renew automatically, or month to month if you prefer. We remind you in writing at least 90 days before any renewal, and you can cancel with no penalty any time before the renewal date.
Optional: a fresh signed statement, once a year or every quarter?
Keep + Annual Statement: +$1,200 a year. Once a year a certified accessibility specialist re-reviews your site and signs a fresh, dated statement you can hand your board or attorney.
Keep + Quarterly Statement: +$2,900 a year. The same signed review every quarter, so the statement on file is never more than three months old.
Most small sites do well with the review at launch plus the Keep Plan. These add-ons are for boards that want a newly signed statement on file every year or every quarter.
Optional, priced separately
PDF fixes
For PDFs, each document generally needs to be individually checked and, where it fails, remade so the text is real, readable text rather than a picture of text. PDF fixes, if wanted, are priced separately per page, at roughly $9 to $12 per page, and are optional; most entities only need their most recent year or two of documents fixed, not their full archive.
What's automated versus what's hours
The scan and the report we mailed you are automated and inexpensive to produce; that is why it's offered at no cost. The actual fixing, both to the website and to any PDFs, is real human work, billed as a project.
